A little while back now we were tasked to clean a carpet were somebody unfortunately had an accident of a rather personal nature. This can occur from time to time and there really is no need for any embarrassment, because shi* can happen.

Firstly we treat the effected area with an eco friendly bio enzymatic cleaner specifically formulated for this type of clean. This is left to dwell so the chemical can break down all of the enzymes embedded in the carpets fibres whilst safely neutralising any pathogens and harmful micro organisms.

 

Subsequently, a two-stage acidic rinse is applied to stabilise the fabric and prevent issues such as browning or yellowing. This process ensures the carpet is neutralised to the appropriate pH level following treatment with alkaline pre-sprays, while also effectively removing any remaining detergent residues.

 

As you can see the carpet now looks new clean and fresh but above all else it is safe. So a job well done.
